Returns
Olivia Creates is focus on customer centricity and does everything possible in providing an excellent customer experience. In the event you are not completely satisfied with your product, we will evaluate and process an exchange or refund.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. We do not allow returns for candles that have been burned or used to test the scent. Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days if the item is in stock. U.S Standard shipping can take 2-7 business days. U.S Express Shipping 1-3 business days. Delivery time will depend on the postal service. We are not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes or failed delivery.
The office and couriers will not be available during the following public holiday days: Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Year’s Day.
Orders placed on these days, or after cut-off days, will be processed the following business day. Kindly allow a few additional days for delivery during high volume seasons. We work to ensure your orders gets to as promptly as possible and appreciate your patience in periods of delay.
Olivia Creates is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The customer assumes all responsibility once a tracking number is issued. Please verify your shipping information prior to finalizing your transaction. Customer is responsible for payments on return shipping.
